I'm posting this to make an official complaint regarding the new trade system. Some parts of the system I find to be good such as the prices for trade items are worth more.

This has made the trading proffesion a little more lucrative.

To the complaints:

1. The fact that one has to travel alot further just to sell the items without really gaining the same amount of distance bonus etc is something that should be re-considered,

especially for those players who have linked up the entire world with their contributation points and get such diminishing returns.

2. Another example of this is, ( I like to trade for the rich merchant ring pieces) and the arehaza piece is absolutely horrendus to even try for now.

The chances of obtaining the rich merchant ring has been significantly nerfed to the ground and considering it was already an extremely low drop rate before the rework, its next to impossible now.

Trading from that outpost, having to treck all the way through the desert (keep in mind you can not take a horse and wagon through the desert) so you require either a camel or an elephant to do this. I personally tried with an elephant which can only carry 4 pieces of trade goods since the increased weight of the items now. This journey took about 1h, and ofcourse one of the trade goods was destroyed by just having to go through the sand dunes and such... So when I arrived, I had 3 pieces of trade goods to deliver to the trade manager in Altinova.

Verdict: Either significantly increase drop chance of pieces via trading or make it so you can trade to ANY trade manager as you could previously.. 

As it stands, its not even worth the time to do it via trading at all anymore.

I'm not sure I've read the patch notes right, but it sounds like the ring pieces could drop from any trade now:

"Changed so Rich Merchant's Ring Piece can be obtained when selling new trade items since the existing trade items are no longer available."

But yeah, Arehaza is not a good place to trade from atm, even if you have a boat.

It doesn't mean that any trade can drop it, it only means that instead of the old item, the new ones can drop it, which mostlikely refers to the new arehaza ones.

I did Arehaza-> Velia and got 4 parts Cloud of Romance, sold 40 pictures.
