And thats exactly the problem. I wont use a 2nd Off Hand and i wont invest into any double Gear that requires Enhancing.

I'll go Nouver when ready and Double Narcs using an appropriate PvE/ PvP Lightstone and Crystal Setup for each.

Instead i do like Dhan's Gloves from the new Zone that offers a DR or Evasion equivalent and thus i believe Nouver and Kutum should be revamped in a similar way.

Blackstar subweapon will still remain the current best option for pure PvE anyway so it wont be affected by such a change.

I would even go as far as nerfing Kutum in terms of monster dmg thus making BS Offhand the best for PvE and turn Kutum into Main Evasion and Nouver Main DR offhand re-balancing both appropriately even.

However. Until the meta is addressed i wont be touching Earrings or Offhands at all (with the exception of the Jetina Narc i already got) because every investment might turn useless afterwards with possible changes and these investment choices can affect your final endgame build going as far as affecting what other accesories you'll use so i wont be touching those either with the exception of Revived Lunar and Deboreka Belt which i find ''Guaranteed'' Investments i for sure wont have to replace.
