If i understand you correctly, you want to see all counts of an item you have in different places, like for example Black Stones in different storages?
You can use the "Find my Item" function for that. Here is a screenshot where the function can be found (on PC. You have to find it yourself in french and on console)

Just open the Function, then type in the item name. It will show you all items you currently have in your possession with that name.

Yes, I did that. That's fine, but if you only want one particular item. I want to sort through my different depots. Right now, the best solution for what I want to do is to go to a city with a repository for what the other cities have. That would allow me, among other things, to better manage the exchanges with thePNJs. I was just asking just in case but not too hopeful.

With the Magnus and being able to access (almost) all storages, what I did was, I determined which storage was going to hold which kind of item. This includes putting all of the trade-in items in the storage closest to the respective NPCs.

With the auto-deposit function, it becomes very easy to keep that tidy.

If I'm on this forum, English while I'm a French guy who uses Google or Deepl to ask you questions and answer as accurately as possible, my English being rusty, it's because this is where I find the best answers to my problems or adapt them to my consoles. On the French forum, often my questions remain unanswered while not here.
On the other hand, either I had forgotten that there was one especially dedicated to consoles, or I didn't know it.
On the French forum, I was told that I couldn't read and, therefore, almost to go and see elsewhere if I was there. Pretty much like here. Of course, one should not make a generalization of a case, even if it seems that there are no absurd questions, but well... I'm starting to think that I'm not in my right mind.
So, since Megta managed to open my eyes, I don't see why I should stay on this forum. All I hope is that my future questions will be as good as the ones here.
