Currently, we are no limited to dice rolls per game board. I feel any Arcana or special dice is pointless unless I play on the special board.

It was a great idea to have a limit of 5 rolls because you can make a strategy that you want to achieve. Now, we just roll, but there is no actual reason to use special dice or Arcana unless there is 50x Spirit Dust at the beginning of the board.

no, the new system is better as it guarantees completions 

You use your special dice and arcana to get to the special board where the money is. Everything else is pretty much garbage.
