This happends to me on remastered/high/low and the lowest graphic option. So for sure its not our fault/something is wrong with game files.

I would have been happy if it was actually my GPU and lack of ram problem which i can fix by upgrading to RTX4090 or 4070ti but the players i duel with in BA who i know have 4070 are also saying they experiance this FPS drops and shuttering but not as much as i do.

Sudden drop of FPS can give a shuttering-like effects and if it's something wrong with game optimization or game file then we experiance shuttering as well. Knowing that atm i experiance -95FPS drop and if i had 4070ti and i get like +300FPS and losing 95FPS will be nearly invisible and may cause a small/minor visual shuttering and that is why i think those players say the FPS drops & shuttering they feel aren't as huge compared to mine where i have +144FPS and -95FPS bring my FPS to 49FPS resulting in pro-longed shuttering-like effects on top of the shuttering i keep getting.

get 5800x3d or 7800x3d

until when? if the root problem doesn't get fixed, no upgrade will help me nor anyone other. With every big patch overtime with the unfixed FPS drops, shuttering; even the good graphic cards will soon start to fail. adding new effects into the game when FPS drops and shuttering isn't fixed is like adding fuel into the fire. Time will come when everyone's game will shutter so badly on top of the FPS drops that the game will ultimately become unplayable and when devs finally start to take action on it, it might be too late.

non the less, i have decided to upgrade my PC but i might not play BDO as much cause i have kept noteing the how the patch virus effected the state of game overtime. I am sorry if i answered in a too negative way but i have no ill intention towards the game. i just want the game to get fixed so i can atleast grind 1hr peacefully without any shutterings & FPS drops.
