I've been working with Payment Wall for a month trying to figure out why I can't make payments with them all of a sudden. Unfortunately they restart the process every - single - time I have to reply. They also seem to have no idea what is going on one reply to the next. Frequently missing communications between one set of emails and the next. We probably isolated the issue within the first few days of communication, but as they process resets each time it is literally a process of Send Email >> Receive Reply followed by Start entirely NEW conversation.
They really need to be able to actually do tech support. Not pretend to be answering emails with sometimes entirely un-releated replies.
For example, they asked me for my credit card information.
Shouldn't they already have that?
After this they asked me to do several things they had already asked before.
Shouldn't they know they have already done that?
I begin to severely distrust this company.
Hello, if you want to buy anything from PA I would recommend using PayPal. You don't need a PP account, just a credit card. Payment Wall is not reliable but you can most certainly make it work with PayPal. Even for me it doesn't work and many others. I have brought it up already but for the time being using paypal is the only other option.
PayPal still goes through Terminal3 wall, you need to use Paysafe to circumvent their terrible system. I basically dont buy pearls because their anti-fraud system flagged me for whatever reason, they asked me for various document scans, and then they declined the scans because the images were poorly cropped (they weren't). At this point I'm happy to keep my money rather than fight someone who thinks I want to spend my time money laundrying 10 euros in a videogame
I always use paypal myself and no problems. Yes, you're still directed to terminal3. After you have paid you just have to wait a bit. It could take a minute to load.
