The least thing that one expects from any software company is to fix the bugs they made during development. Here we are years later, PA still refuse to even address the matter. The first thing they need to do is to release a notice of warning of ban for all those who still keep abusing it. I am not gonna spend a penny on this game until they fix this issue.
Hey Goldsteinburg!
Thank you for your suggestion regarding the "MapMap" issue. We implemented a one-second cooldown time between opening and closing the World Map (M) and Knowledge (H) screen in today's update (June 14th).

Now contact Nvidia/AMD and request them to forbid modify BDO's profile to uncap FPS, you cannot have uncapped FPS in BDO if you don't intentionally edit BDO's profile ( i only know how its work for Nvidia) in GPU software.

I just now saw your response, thank you for the direct update!
Sorry, would prefer that the delay be added on the map closing, since it would be rarely noticed by normal map users. The delay on opening, on the other hand, affects everyone. Shouldn't have to wait to see the map.
Its not a delay on opening the map. It just means there has to be one second between opening and closing the map. Otherwise it does not close.

Try it.
Starting with the map closed, start tapping 'm' quickly. Continue tapping until the map is closed. Count taps until open and then close.

It's still not a delay on opening the map. The only "delay" that happens when u open the map is the drastic fps loss from loading up all the stuff on the map, and not a hard coded timer between opening and closing

Ok, maybe, but I seem to remember that the map opened noticeably more quickly before the change.
As for closing, it defnitely closes in less than a second after having loaded. Or does that already include the opening delay, whatever the source? One second between the command to open and the command to close?
