I'm afraid I don't have such a copy. While a lot was written in word, I had to proofread it, add images and styling directly in the forums. You can however toggle Reader view in your browser and perhaps download as a PDF? If you do choose to do that, i would kindly request that you do not share it with others as this should be the only source. I will continue to update this thread as needed. Thank you for understanding!
