Hi I main ninja succ on my PvP build I have 281 AP/412 DP 1268 evasion, 430 DR, around 580 AP and 898 accuracy some classes still kill me with one combo or almost oneshots me, while I struggle to kill them on 2-3 combos .. how this all work ?

Dp on ninja is imaginary. If they look angrily in your direction you die.

when in doubt and have evasion gear, go striker. amazing perfection of "balance".

Unfortunately this is a case of "Get more AP." I know the grind is exhausting but that's how it is

In my experience, the other jobs are supposed to trade you to death. YOUR job as a Ninja is to CC them BEFORE you die, and combo to kill them. You are supposed to play it in a very agile and EXTREMELY adaptable playstyle. You can go hyper offense, then suddenly switch it up to a kite playstyle, or go IN AND OUT, harassing people and pressuring them. There are many different ways to play Ninja. You wouldn't trade a Musa head on, you will just die. Or a endgame striker. You want to CC them, it's almost a requirement to mastering Ninja.
Take Awk Musa for example; as a Succ Ninja, you kind of want to bait his F key. It has 6 second cooldown, so after he uses it, (assuming you do not get slowed, cc'ed) you now have 6 seconds to punish the Musa. You MUST pressure him. Do not TRADE with him, you are to CC him, do a 13 input combo, and then finally kill him. You are to do this with many classes in this game, as most other classes can out-trade you.
Now this is not the case, IF you KNOW the other class very well. For example I know Succ DK to an extent, and I WAIT for them to use their heavy hitting moves, before trading with them. Otherwise, I will get killed in 2 shots. Then you micromanage the cooldowns and try to cc them. It's not always easy to do, but it's what this game has turned into. People rerolling to classes that can 2 shot others while standing. If you intend on playing Succ Ninja, you do not get to always trade 2 win. (Assuming gear and skill level is same) You'll probably excel in duels, where as other classes will excel in GVGs. You have to pick your targets and kill a few at a time, or most of the time 1 at a time.
