I've already lost count of how many years we have with this problem. I remember in 2020 they said they had fixed this problem and guess what? I barely get out of the game. That was the same day of the patch. A company of such caliber is not able to solve something as critical as this?  In itself that you vote of the game is not a problem. Here the annoying thing is that he votes you up to 10 times in one night

I am experiencing the same thing.

Over the past 13 hours, the game has either locked up (while full screen 3x) or crashed (while minimized to the tray 2x) FIVE times. Most of that time has been spent training with the dummies while minimized to the tray, so I have lost a lot of valuable training time with these crashes.

Two things have changed since Tuesday, when the game was much more stable:
1) Weekly game maintenence has occurred, updating the game and its executable.

2) I have updated to the latest Nvidia drivers, now using 536.67, release date 18 July 2023.

Because the game has crashed while minimized to the tray, I'm leaning toward the problem being with the game itself, rather than the driver, since the game isn't using the graphics card (as far as I know).

The game locked up (as shown in the OP's screenshot) on three occations:
1) While on a guild member's boat travelling to Vell while playing the piano (Shai character)
2) After the Vell encounter, my character in her house in Velia, just standing there while I was managing her inventory

3) Overnight while training with another character (Seasons) in O'draxxia, again while managing her inventory

The game also stopped running twice (tray icon disappeared) while it was minimized to the tray while the latter character was training.

System specs:
CPU: i9-9900K
RAM: 64GB
GPU: EVGA 3070 FTW3 Ultra
Windows 10 Pro 22H2

Game installed on 2TB Samsung 970 EVO Plus NVMe drive (1TB free)

Edit: The game is running at 3440x1440 Ultrawide Borderless Window mode on "High" and "Remastered" settings.

I don't know what other information I can provide to try to track down this issue, but it is definitely an issue. I have been playing the game since release (first on standalone, now on Steam), and I have never experienced this kind of instability in 7 years. This problem is making the game nearly unplayable, and I can't trust it to not crash while playing for more than half an hour or so.

white crash error seems to be rampant starting 3 weeks ago or so. dunno that they messed up but even grinding is interrupted super often by this error
