At no point in the questlines do you need to go to loml without using the teleport from that map. You are most likely doing them out of order.
Check the "New" tab in your questlog and try picking up one of the other questlines. Theres 5 different ones and they are all labaled Sea Palace.

you can kill your own character in sea palace and teleport to byeot
