I have lost the rabbit/turtle race 12 times in a row.

I am very angry at this terrible excuse of an "event".

Here is my "feedback": Never do this again.  This is idiotic. How can you possibly justify this?

It's intolerable that this is the great "summer" event you spent so much time on that's supposed to restore my goodwill and faith in the game from losing to all the "normal" game mode failures (e.g. -40 billion silver enhancement fails).  This is supposed to be how you win me back and keep me playing.  Events are the carrot to let people put up with the RNG crap they have to deal with during the "real" game.  You failed at that.

Now kindly give back the 12 seals I lost to this joke of an event so I can get the rewards everyone else who didn't get screwed over will get.

Stop gambling, no need. You get enough seals from Baby Vell and quests to get every reward

Don't see where they said they picked the same side each time. It's easy enough to pick wrong 12 times in a row. I'm 0 for my last 8, though that wasn't 8 races in a row, but 8 in the last 2 days.

if you need a win, why would you not pick the same?

exactly RNG gambling 101 - never try to win!  stick to one choice and wait.

i picked turt 8 times, lost all 8. picked myo once, it was turt. so yeah, i would have been 1-8 out of 9 if i'd just picked turt every time.

You said you made 8 races in 2 days, which means 4 per day. Thats just 26% of the races which are held per day. And if we guess turt loses 50% of the races, it's only half of the races he loses each day.
