I am very happy that someone was able to help you out. Yeah people can be pretty mean. To me it doesn't matter what platform you play on or where you come from. Don't let people intimidate you and keep you from enjoying the game. You ever have any questions don't ever hesitate to ask. =)

The problem and why I allway tell him he should go and ask in the console forums is:

We have a different version and they are behind us in many features, but we don't realy know which they don't have. Or could you tell what we got and they don't without resaerching on the console website?
We can't help players with UI related questions because the controles are completly different and we have functions, they don't have.

They also have completly different times when it comes to events like Season. So when he asks when the season ends we can't help him.

Every question he sked could easily be answered by the players in the console forums and/or by looking at the console website or the console wiki!

Well they know that now. But it still doesn't hurt anything for them to ask here as well. Maybe they asked on console and were ignored, or they could be very new to gaming. They've also stated earlier that they came here by mistake. Either way not a big deal. I didn't mind. Besides it was because they asked on these forums they got help in the first place.

You tried to help him with 2 things: Maegu awakening quest and disable pvp.
With both you could not help because 1. you didn't know maegu awa is not out on cosole and 2. you don't know how the ui on console works.

The first time pixidragon was adviced to ask in the console forums was in september 2022, but if you go there and search for the user or the questions he asked here, you will not find anything. So he ignored the advices and kept asking his very questions about availability of awakening quests, event, and input/controle problems in the pc forum!

Also telling someone "sorry but we can't help you because it's a console specific question and this is the forum for the PC version. But here is the link to the console forum ..." is also helping him/her!

What's the big deal? Geeze. It's just a game.

I know there are differences, I am fully aware of that.

That's why I look on google if I can have answers to my problem, without going to the forums. 

And above all I try to avoid Discord (console). On site, being French who understands half-words the answers 
in English and I must use google translator. Because of this, I feel like a very small fish 
in a very huge ocean full of big, fierce sharks. And it's not always easy, believe me.

Then, after having been on google to find possible answers, I put my question on the forum of the consoles, then, 
at the same time, on that of the pc. For the same problem I had before, 
I don't have a single answer on the console forum yet.

You would be in my place, what would you do if you had a console? 
Would you ask questions on the pc forum trying to adapt to the consoles, 
or would you just ask questions on the console forums only?

Don't worry about it. What people tend to forget is: it's a game. Unfortunatly you cannot reason with people like this. I tried yesterday which is why I'm on an alt account right now. They just want to be bullies. Best thing to do is just ignore them. There are no rules barring you from this forum. You can get on here and chat anytime. And if you ever have  any questions about the game or anything ask, and i'll do my best to answer. If I don't know something or I'm unsure, I'll let you know.
