It is common knowledge that the use of macros is punished, I am also fully in favor. Macros are automatically executed keystrokes.

So... I have a Roccat Vulcan 121 keyboard, the click noises are already a bit louder and really escalate it does when you catch horses and are forced to hammer the space bar.

My girlfriend across from me is already grumbling because the noise of the space bar, despite headphones, is probably extremely annoying in the long run, understandable.

I have now thought about moving the spacebar to the mouse, which is possible with the mouse software, but I'm a bit afraid of the ban club.

If I simply assign a key as spacebar on the mouse, does that count as a macro? The Roccat Vulcan is a 130+ euro keyboard and as you have to rape the space bar partly when catching horses would also possibly the life span to good - explicitly for the space bar :/

It's for me a QoL change... Minimize noise and annoyance >_<

personaly i have a razer naga trinity mouse and i rebound spacebar to my mouse wheel for horse taming

also keep in mind  rebinding a key is not a macro  u urself still have to press a button  its not automated

A situation like this their is only 2 scenarios the way I see it.

I reassign the key because its necessary for me to play and all is fine and im happy.

I reassign the key and get banned for it and am happy to be banned because I dont want to play a game that wont allow me to do something necessary for me to play.

You should be fine, I use the Redragon M908, have about 16 keys bound to it.

And before anyone brings it up, yes its a cheap af mouse, best mouse though. Retired my Corsair Scrimitar for it. Profile button on the bottom, firekey, programmable scroll wheel, shit ton of buttons, 125-1,000hz, and the lil side plastic for your thumb & pinky make it the best mmo mouse imo. (Though I do wish the part for the pinky went out towards the tip rather than towards your hand.)

Thanks for the feedback. Is probably assume that hundreds more players have moved key mappings to the mouse so I think I can relocate the disturbing factor of my space bar and my girlfriend will be grateful xD

As long as you simply rebind, there's no problem, it must simply stay 1 for 1.
