They don't have any content to add PA basically dead lock themself again, veterans are leaving because no content grinding and progressing is pointless, "new players" don't want to grind in grinding game.

Only people that have never experienced servers after they "skip" a patch day allowing the servers to be up for 2 weeks straight ask this question.

Cause we have the next Ball in 4 weeks and they have to announce a lot of content so people are happy.

When you've been around some time you already know the month and a half before a ball it's just empty patches so they can load the ball with things.

Are we ever going to get those damned shoes? Or is PA waiting to announce them AGAIN in the next ball in order to fill their show because they don't have much content to announce? I am personally tired of empty patches while KR servers gets the content 1-2 months before

Most likely Christmas or week before it, because you know, publisher working tirelessly on translation and voicing the cutscenes not to offend new players ( hell yea hardcap zone for new players!)
