There is literally a website show any requirement to any spot, it's not my fault you are can't type garmoth to Google. 

Literally biggest MMOs out there have websites like garmoth explaining some sort of deep mechanic or number to you so you can min max so it's still you issue. I agree it should ve been explained but it doesn't change the fact it is been explained and you just don't want to read but rather whining in a forum instead type Garmoth in Google.

Yes i know, its 3rd party website  PA have nothing do with have have zero obligations react to its finds, there is 99% chances Korean devs don't even know about it.

Everything on that website unofficial therefore  its not proven to be truth. Important part is official information from developer/publisher, because PA responsible for that information, garmoth ?wtf is that ? they don't care what posted there.

I get it that you are special that you went 3rd party website and find that "cheese" working solution, problem here is that PA intentionally hiding it making game basically puzzle, because nothing beside its working and while they don't provide any official information they  won't balance anything or/and there won't be any way to verify that balancing even happening even if they posted in patchnotes.

But once they forced to show losg, and players can see it, PA will have to answer why its like that, right now they give zero F what garmoth say.

Bigger developers than pa has the same issue.

When there is a solution and you refuse to take, it's your problem not everyone elses. 

Where is solution ? PA tells player find themself, and when they find themself PA ignore problem ? Is that solution ? You want another class balance where they spend 6month "balancing" by just increassing damage overall, while class balance remain the same ?

The problem is that PA refuse to accept that there is a problem to begin with, even if your beloved garmoth showing it, they simple don't care.

Specially for you  - this game supose to be MMORPG with "sandbox"element , what it is from your pov is a puzzle,you cant do anything wrong or puzzle not going to solve= you'll sux at game, but that's have nothing to do with skill at all, its just you accept to play puzzle or not. Clearly you  accepted play puzzle and think you good because you solved puzzle ( actually you get information how to solve it from 3rd party website).

So if this game is a puzzle, PA simple must remove dead pieces - trash gear you mention and trash classes as well and stop pretending to balance and just focus on more content.

Simple stop lying to players, just like they lie about recommended AP/DP for grind zones.

Yea mate, I'm about as optimized as it gets, my only fault is not being a triple pen debo/triple blackstar monkey, having pvp gear just makes the boots grind that much slower. If it was just some 3b/h money spot people wouldn't care as much...

I'm 296/413 awk witch and can handle them.  It's slow and my rotation is literally 2 packs, but, I'm managing..  got 2 artifacts so far..

I just don't get why they make the gloves so easy to get (literally giving them away), yet these boots are ridiculous.
