I've had a support ticket open for the better half of a week without a reply. Normally whenever I've reached out I've gotten a response in less than 2 days. Just wondering how long it usually take to get a response, and if this was out of the usual. This is a missing item ticket if the category matters.

It is possible that it takes longer nowadays because lots of buggs, lots of tickets, and the joyces of end year incoming shall not help.

Usually it should be less that a week. I say it "should".

I've had once an answer about 2 months later. So... fingers crossed!
