Hello!
I think its time to raise this question, because it became way too often.

My game client crashes on regular basis, at random times, without any notification, the game just closes itself instantly.

My PC specs are:

Video card info:

Every software is update, Windows and video card driver.

How can I troubleshoot what exactly causes the client to crash?

Today I left my character auto-fish at Heidel spot and went to sleep, when I woke up - she was standing at Venecil the stable keeper, I didnt move her, nobody at my home could do it, how it possible she 'walked' so much length throught the town? Did somebody kill her and she 'respawned' at Venecil? Why then there's no menu offering me to revive? How can this possibly be explained?

UPDATES:
- game client not minimized, only alt-tabbed to another program (Notepad++);

- when minimized to system tray, the game crashes more often;

- no Screen savers configured;

- only programs running are text editor Notepad++, email client Thunderbird, and Windows Explorer opened at random directory;

What measures can I take to prevent the game from crashing?
