Allow recharge of Crystal Restores by consuming large quantities of Magical Shards

Suggestions/Comments: With the success of the new Crystal Restore feature (3 restores per year), please consider a method to recharge the restores. I propose using Magical Shard, perhaps a large number of them like 500 (just an example number, it could be whatever is deemed appropriate), to recharge 1 of the 3 uses of the Crystal Restore feature. This will let people use the Crystal Restore feature year-round without damaging markets. 

This will do a few positive things:

1 - it will stabilize and ensure demand for Magical Shards in perpetuity, which is a nice thing for a commodity item that has so many sources and so many uses - especially because Magical Shards are used in the creation of rare crystals, doing something to improve magical Shard demand will also improve rare crystal values as well, and also ensure grind spots which drop this item are more exciting. 

2 - it will allow players to enjoy the crystal restore system year-round without making it "too easy" - using 500 Magical Shards from heating Black Magical Crystals will be a costly but actually quite reasonable way to refuel the crystal restore charges and continue to use the system throughout the year even if you die often. 

3 - it provides an alternative, without increasing complexity. Magical Shard is truly the commodity item involved in every facet of crystal systems, whether it is the creation of crystals or the creation of crystal extraction tools. Why not use these in some way with the Crystal Restore system as well? 

I think this is a neat way to create a loop, a circle of item demand. The shards are used to make the crystals, extract the crystals, and even restore the crystals - it's like a circle of life.

Why not, I guess. A similar suggestion was voiced in the thread about crystal break removal. I think we would need to settle on a reasonable shard amount. My view is that a potential punishment anywhere between 20 to 100 million silver for a single death is okay. This would mean 25 to 100 shards for a single restore.

Moreover, there was a suggestion that high-level crystals should be meltable for multiple shards. That should help amend potential problems in the crystal market demand. The system would be very similar to lightstone crystal amount that is bound to the min price of an exchanged lightstone.

You could literally just add a crystal protection mechanic that costs 100 million silver and is consumed when a crystal would break...
