I really truly dislike having to say this but something is seriously wrong with Shais design. A lot of the community has voiced their hate of Shai which is a class that I and others enjoy. Over the years the class has gotten better in ways such as healing but worse in the communities fixation on her flute buffs. The idea of buffing allies and ourselves is a really cool idea but the way it is implemented in BDO with slow movement and constant vulnerability is simply unfun. We have stated this issue in the past and we have been thankful for the skill called stick to me which has given Shais a little more options and survivability. However, lacking any passive for evasion has cost shai the ability to stand in the frontline and deny territory, likewise the Super Armor meta has denied Forest Echo from being an effective deterrent to enemies. Capped content has also made skills like misty haze useless for PVP debuffing but is still used to piss off enemies by debuffing structures to allow bases to die in unreasonably short amounts of time IE Misty the fort and it dies in under 60s.

There is a lot more to discuss such as useless skill like melody of light, play  deads: healing over time, and sprinkle sparkle but honestly the biggest issue is just that PA has designed Shai in a manner that continues to be unfun for its players and an absolute menace to enemies. The saddest part is that the last time we brought this up, Shai was actually stronger than she is now by a significant amount. PA has nerfed Shai hoping that her design will stabilize but they've only caused many Shais to quit or reroll. I came to BDO to play this class and have fun supporting my friends, I don't want to be forced to slave buffs in the back of the ball because it is boring and we all know the only thing anyone seems to care about is sun moon stars. It has gotten so bad that guilds are asking shais to submit vods of their pvp just so they can get angry if the shai isn't pressing their buffs constantly as though forbidden from using any other skills. Granted, PA has made all of our other skills either worse or more limited.

Here is what the past year has felt like for Shai:

honestly it feels as though PA is pushing all people away from playing shai when its the most wanted class for parties, guilds, or any group content. pretty much every single other class gets patch changes to adjust the damage and other things that are affecting the class but shai gets changes maybe once a year it seems. gate keeping blackstar sol/tagging sol, 60s buff timers, lack of skills, skills that do nothing, skills that do the same thing with different cooldowns (florin leaves,do it better) and a whole giant list of other things make less and less people want to main the class or even play it at a solo place. given enough time theres going to be no one playing shai anymore. if shai isnt getting fallen god sol or what ever the new weapons are, im quitting bdo flat out. enough is enough

I have given up long ago.

It is time to redesign shai to be her own class. Not this buff vending machine. 

Reality check : They wont do shit, it will be the same.
Either boycott NW content yourself, or just unninstall or just do pve i dont know. They arent gonna do anything.
