Getting captcha every time I refresh the page after some time, 5-10 minutes.
No other website requires solving captcha.
Problem started to happen after last maintenance.
Happens on ALL browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Palemoon, Edge).
There were no changes in my PC or ISP, hardware or software.
If I access website from my phone while on mobile (not wifi) - no captcha is required.
The Support is ridiculous, they ALWAYS blame Customer for their screwups.
Last time the crash problem they asked me to run memtest for SIX HOURS to test my 64GB RAM, they thought my memory planks are faulty and this causes game to crash.
Then after few days they just fixed it on their side.
No apologies, no compensation.
They need to start to punish engineers who implement security features that affect Customers.
last whole year is on screwup after another, they need to make changes in management who fail to organize seamless implementation of features and fail to foresee and predict Customers impact.

They've made already changes, but probably only to satisfy shareholders and to get more money before the ship sinks..
300 employees got removed from the company within the last 2-3 years. 250 developers and 50 business/staff people.
Not sure what you mean by ship sinking, but with support attitude like this they surely damaging their reputation.
Denying facts, refuing to analyze and admit, always blaming Customer's side, asking to perform questionable tests...
The level of support we deserve for paying triple monthly sub.
OK this is getting out of hand almost a week now still no solution?
Unable to get crafting notes because of captcha nonesense. Going back to my printout of recipes. Was hoping I would not have to do that.
