OK guys, before coming here to the forums I've been struggling with the game for a few hours. I did all the deleting folders, repairing game files etc. and still no luck at European servers. I used VPN and it didn't help until I cahnged my VPN region to Germany. No problem with connection to the game. Switching the VPN off = stuck at Now processing after Start button.
But what is funny in all of these is that just changing servers in launcher to NA, the game magically works like a charm, even switching characters! Switching back to Europe = stuck again.
This seems to be a networking problem (blacklisted network ranges?) in the new anticheat system. Nice testing there, PA!
Holly crap, you are not wrong. I've just tried that and as you said, switching to the NA region worked without an issue, switching back to the EU region, and I got stuck again. So there is definitely a problem with the wellbia anticheat software.
I refuse to use VPN especially that forking out money on a 3rd party solution to fix PA's problems makes no sense, and most VPNs are crap unless paid for.
What a day..., and all i wanted today was to play for a couple of hours...

After removing all of the extensions from my google chrome game started to working again. Or is it just a coincidence ?

ok, I restarted game, changed serwer again to EU region and game working for now ¯\(°_o)/¯

Don't uninstall anything. The issue has been partially removed around 20 minutes ago globally. No need to do anything on player side.

Yeah, seems (at least for now) to be allowing to get into game and operate w/o crashes.

As some have stated, using a VPN is not the solution.
Please note, it was not stated to be one.
It was a suggestion of a workaround at the beginning of the problem, to determine if it were network related or something else and as a troubleshoot, it's one of the quickest *tests*.
For some it may have solved their issue in the immediate moment, but does not resolve whatever issue there is.
So I do apologize if that fueled a fire in folks Hope Burner <3
That said, the staff *are* aware and working on the problem.
