In AoS, there should be two separate que. One for groups and one for solo players.

Teams want to play other teams, and random groups don't enjoy being matched against well planned out parties.

AoS is the best content in the game for many players. You should put effort into making it better.

Yea I agree, fighting a 3 stack as a solo isn't fun

I think part of the issue is also that players in random teams also don't talk to each other, don't know if that's the case in US but definitely in EU. Sure, premade teams work better but mostly because they're communicating, like, it feels as if EU players just don't like talking to strangers especially in VC (guilty btw, too nervous)
