I opened the new UI for the first time today and it has a tungrad earring already selected with no way to choose which one to upgrade.  Am I missing how to select, is this what everyone gets, or is this some kind of bug?  Here is what the screen looks like.

What do you mean "with no way to choose which one to upgrade"? Do you have multiple old moon accessories you want to upgrade?

No...but it is my understanding you should be able to select between the crescent ring, tungrad earring, or narc earring.  I wasn't offered any choice.  This is what showed up when I first opened the window.  It appears that I HAVE to upgrade the tungrad earring i.e. I had no choice.

Am I supposed to have a choice or is this the default that everyone gets?

You probably chose the tungrad earring before the new UI was added I assume? Or you clicked on the tungrad by accident. Havent heard of another case of the accessory being pre-chosen.

Then hear me out, I am the other case  : / and I think there are more...

It is as lancia12 says, Tungrad earring was already selected.

People may think they chose wrong by mistake, but I'm 100% sure I didn't get the chance to chose.

Also, I never completed the quest "Cry for help" from the black spirit and after recent update I can't find it anymore, maybe it has something to do with that. What about you lancia12 ?

Ahh... It's frustrating, maybe should we send a inquery to the support and see if they can do something about that ?

The "a cry for help" quest was removed. The quest you now need to do is "Old Moon Guild's Trade Offer" which you get from Jetina. The second accessory you should be able to directly choose after completing the first.

If both of you never chose your accessory, please make sure to send a ticket so the GMs can directly investigate.

Alright I'm back ! And think I found out why the UI just skip the selection step.

For my case, I already had my first Old Moon accessory : the Tungrad Earring that was sleeping in my storage for something like two years...

So if my guess is right, your first Old Moon accessory should be that earring aswell, and since you've already chosen, now you have to enhance it to PEN before seeing the selection step in the UI for the second accessory.

That's probably it.  I played this game years ago on and off and recently started up again.  They make so many changes it's hard to keep up.  So basically it looks like I never got my first but started with the tungrad?  Once I finish with the tungrad I can start on my second?

Yeah, basicly we are stuck with Tungrad Earring until reaching PEN and swap it for another accessory (for free up to 4 times) and then we can start with the second accessory choice normaly...

Hello, I had the same problem here as you two. So I guess I need to upgrade tungrad to PEN first then I can exchange from the Old Moon Guild UI for free to Crescent Guardian Ring?

Also for future users, be careful to upgrade the one that has this description.
