Hi all, purchased the game for my PS4 back in 2020. The game ran very poorly, so after about an hour I requested my refund. Fast forward 4 years later and I am ready to give it another shot, with the Ps5 and a more powerful TV.
I just purchased the game and after downloading I get the error message:
'cannot connect during refund, please go to our homepage'.
I have checked on the homepage but there appears to be nothing which could clarify what is going on. I have submitted an inquiry, but haven't heard anything back in a while.
Some other forums suggest my account has been blocked because I requested a refund, which seems absurd to me.
I don't really want to have to refund the game again, so does anyone know what this is about, and how I can bypass this error, without having to wait five business weeks for an answer from support?

Personally I am not familiar with this error but given prior experience with payment and refund related issues it is best to wait for a response from support. If you submitted a ticket via the NAEU website then it likely went to the PC team which is why you are experiencing a delay in response. I would double check that you submitted a request via the Console website support link which is https://console.pearlabyss.com/Support.
