After playing with the Burning Moxie changes again from Global Lab to live servers, I'm a firm believer that the movement speed buff should be default to Awakening Warrior's kit - not having the increased movement speed prior to a flank like we did before hurts our ability to disrupt.
As far as the attack speed is concerned, not knowing whether you are at 10 or 15% attack speed can mess with cancel timings - perhaps a different way to present the buff could help with this? Balance Strike into Flow: Hilt Strike starts to behave strangely with more speed and changes the Q cancel window enough to be a hindrance. Please merge Hilt Strike's benefits into Balance Strike and remove Hilt entirely.
The current state of the DR buff is likely to end up as a +10 DR increase due to the low activation range (+20 DR normally from Q block, but since it doesn't stack and the second tier DR buff is +30 it is a net 10). Increase the range of activation or lower enemies required for the last tier.
I'm still convinced that the DR buff should instead be a final damage cut for damage received in order to increase the resilience of Awakening Warrior in both capped and uncapped content alike.
Remove the charge from Reckless Blow and give uncharged all effects that the fully charged version currently has (range, damage, etc). Increase damage in both PvE and against players. Lower the cooldown to 8s at the very least. Awakening Warrior is desperately in need of qol and overall buffs.
