Unfortunately, since you didn't post in their specific formatting, this probably won't get looked at. Instead of posting an angry message, why not re-word it? I'm not innocent in rage posting and writing angry posts on the forums. Just yesterday, I was pissed about the boss blitz rewards and the Florin Chat for calling it a "minor" bug. Any software developer worth their salt knows that it isn't a minor bug. PA's working on it, and I understand better than most players, that it takes time but I have limited time to play (less than 12 hours a week).
