Why is Evasion still a stat in this game with ACTION combat?

With tweeks will work ofc. But how will classes like guardian and woosa for example will say bb to their big aoes ? Or every class should have good block or i-frame. And that will make combat slower.
Maybe a little, but as long as non RNG defences exist, it could still work, I think.
Anyway, BDO would still be faster compared to what it was at launch! XD

pvp in bdo is just a feature, its a silly minigame and it plays like that.
no real competitive pvp game has rng like that, ignoring the server and engine issues

Seriously had a guy today in AoS(Eu) claim that BDO has the best netcode, servers and balance out of any MMO game (even better than Riot and Blizzard games, as well as Gw2 and BnS). BDO players are huffing the gnarliest chemicals...

You can pick an evasion or a DR class and do whatever build that class' base stats lock you in..... #trollface
Then you can pretend that that is diversity.

Accuracy: A useless stat introduced by Pearl Abyss to counter an even crappier rng stat. Used to also serve as a "build diversity" in PvE on a single grind spot in the game (crypt).
Reality: You can gain a bonus 250 Accuracy (~62.5% hitrate) to lose 162 Total Pvp AP (64 sheet ap), or alternatively, you can just swap to a class that has a combined accuracy of 50% on all of it's skills and gain 200~ accuracy for free while gaining free slot to go m0ar AP or Evas1on-M0nk3y.
Fyi, some classes still can't hit (~30% of the time) average eva players with a full set of pen-accuracy accessories such as succ sorc.
Also, here is a google search for ya for evasion and cc resistances.
Evasion: A crutch for bad players that can't push buttons in a correct sequence.
CC Resistances: The single most damning killer to pvp fun in bdo. Who else doesn't love when their carefully placed CC {while the other player is playing like a dweeb} ends up getting sucked in the (pearl) abyss?
