For the Fughars Book i need a DI-Boss-Armour:

But its always sold out :/ Dont know how to process.

Different options. You can always buy the armor at a lower enhancement level and just enhance it yourself. Or you can use one of the season exchange coupons on tuvala armor, change it to a boss armor with that (and if the enhancement level is above TRI, you can downgrade it by failing to enhance). This is cheaper, but only recommended if you got a bunch of full tuvala alts already and a few of the season exchange coupons. You can also technically do bosses / boss scrolls until you have enough auras / you get a drop from them for the boss armors, and enhance it yourself from 0.

You can just downgrade a season armor, when you exchange it for the armor you get from exchanging tuvala kinda has no value.

People only sell Tet, Pri, or Pen.  

I suggest you buy a Tet, tap it on a stack you want to build, then tap the Tri on a different stack you want to build and you will end up with a Duo.  If you get a Pen sell the pen and buy a new tet to try again.  Worse case scenario you suffer from success.
