This spam is something new, havent seen it before.

It covers all visible area on my screen for 20+ seconds, preventing me from doing what I was doing until this slide show dialogue plays.

It doesnt seems PA is able to listen to feedback, they not only ignoring what we ask - they doing it even worse, on purpose.

You know, there's a word "dignity". I happen to have some. I will be checking once in awhile if something changed (hopes are slim, though).
At this state of the game its hardly playable. I dont like to be annoyed and angry all the time.

No no I will not swap servers, there is no reason in doing it because it takes approximately as much time as just wait until spam slideshow end.
No offence, but the reason all bad things in this game still exist and new ones keep happening, is because so many people with low standards tolerate.

At this point I'm not sure if this is a real person answering or generic ChatGPT API. The responce is meaningless waste of time. I take it as a "polite" way to tell me "f off, we wont do anything, we already got all your money, you can leave if you want, we dont care".

It looks like there's ChatGPT or some other AI writing responces to tickets. The text doesnt make any sense, as if they neve read my input:

I often write "thanks for taking your time ect" after a cs answers me and some times they dont read that and spam their copy and paste answer as if i tried to argue with them.

Interesting, so I'm not alone then. The "Support" just copy-paste generic answers while not reading what customer actually wrote, or generate replies with ChatGPT of some sort.
The state of affairs is quite sad, I must admit. Ignore complains and feedback for years, never ran satisfaction survey, but spend fortunes of ads that are literally everywhere, not saying it looks like Ponzi scheme, to sustain a business luring in new customers while 'old' ones are used and expendables.

bruh it's intended for everyone to see, that's like the entire point of it. this item is incredibly hard to obtain and the message is implemented to flex.

surely it's not a big spam if there's been less than 600 rings completed in total ever between NA and EU. and you have to be at the same specific server at the time when the person assembles it.  it's unlikely you come across this message more than once every couple weeks and it's hardly a disrupt unless you're PvPing at the moment, which can make it annoying, but it also affects both sides so...

that being said i agree that communication with support is absolutely horrible and sad to see

bruh, what do you mean 'intended for everyone to see'? I dont need this information, its useless for me in any aspect, I dont care who got what item, I dont even care what items I got during gathering because I got those items in huge numbers and any if these items make absolutely NO difference in the long run its only Failry Dust or hard/sharp, even a thousand of these make NO difference - its not like I can exchange these for PEN BS or something else, even if I sell on CM its only a minor sum of silver that make NO difference.

This spam is irrelevant, annoying, covers my view, disrupts my play, and I cannot cancel or avoid it. I want my screen clear of ANY notification except those I explicitly request or allow to be shown. Period.
