I've been having this problem where any consumable item or skill that has a cooldown timer will have a distorted image randomly.Happens mostly after like 3-4h of grinding.The images in the boxes can literally become anything. It is always just random colors and shapes that are flashing and changing all over the place. Nothing else is ever affected when this happens. I thought that this may be overclock or temperature related, but it doesn't seem to be the case. Going to character selection screen or reloging fixes the problem but it appears again after awhile. Any1 know a fix for this?

Usually that is a cache issue. I would recommend deleting the cache (both in your documents folder and in the game installation folder), then performing "scan files" in the launcher. 

Make sure to upload your settings to the settings archive first though, in order to make sure everything is saved, since deleting cache would also delete them.
