So am I going to get banned in bdo for using my logitech software in other games while bdo is minimized? If this is a risk it's one more reason to avoid afking in bdo.

There is nothing the PA can do. It is impossible to detect a hardware macro because it runs in the internal firmware of the device, it is not an external application.

Second: PA must present evidence for "cheating", otherwise they may be sued for an unfair ban, otherwise, they will violate the license terms. I invested real money in this game and I don't care "what PA seems like". 

That's why I buys a macro-enabled mouse and keyboard to use them.

It can be detected, or atleast atempted. If you check the timing between the useage if the macro is poorly written, it can be detected.

While you're right, nothing can prevent PA from just banning your account even if you do nothing. This is the sad truth

In this action-paced game what kind of an advantage can a freaking mouse macro brinds anyway?

Personally i was using Left mouse click on repeate when transfering 100s of scrolls from market place to inventory because of couse some brilliant PA coder thought transfering 1 item at a time is a great way to do it.

So it is like the old xsign thing where the game automatically closes if you got macro software on your PC (even if not running)?

That was something I had to find out the hard way last december when trying to use one in Cyberbug 2077 (not sure if it even was macro capable, just autoclicker).
