Crystal broken in black shrine

Hello adventurers, while i was doing my weekl 5x black shrine i died multiple times at calamity 5. Fast forward 3 AoS matches after wrapping up my blackshrine i notice an ultimate macalod was broken. Im almost certain you shouldn't lose crystals in black shrine. Any help?

I have the screenshot to prove it with time stamps but it wont let me post it here for some reason, it loads eternally

You will have to be patient until support can get back to you. They will have to check logs and then decide what to do so it may take a bit.
