Healing potions in solare isn't working as it suppose to... 

Damage in arena of solare compare to open world is quite low because of this there is a special rule in for heals 

What is that rule? Your healing effects reduced by 70%

Why is that rule exists? So you don't undo, 1 minute of damage taken in 1 second.

Is this a good rule? Yes, a well thought one.

But potions are had to be modified to heal higher than openworld potions so after the 70% healing reduction they could be same as the open world 

However there is a massive issue with this

The issue is, scholar healing debuff adds up into solare healing debuff 

20+70 the number goes to 90% and that 90% debuff is reduced from 915(based on my terrible math) ends up making you heal like 91hp instead of 220. 

In open world after scholar healing debuff you heal 220 from potions

In arena of solare after scholar healing debuff you heal 91 from potions

Change scholar healing debuff to not effect potions.
