Logging into the game and attempting to access the Central Market gives me an error "The Central Market is Unavailable At This Time."

I've been trying to access the Central Market for several hours now for my cooking items and tried: restarting the game, restarting the computer, and verifying the game files and had no affect. I've never had this issue prior to this patch.

i have similar thing but my CM says "couldn't load the information from the central market. try again" and find some answers (delete servise.ini file in game folder.) now i can open market but it says "the central market is not available at this time"
