Player Caps
100 is wildly too high for NWs. PA needs to be incentivizing more guilds to exist and participate, not consolidation. The "T1" cap should be 20, T2 cap should be 40, and uncapped should be 60. Leave 100 to siege where it belongs.
Region Caps
Having caps be permenent to specific regions is going to cause wars to feel very stale very quickly. The caps should rotate daily so all guilds can participate in all regions.
Structures
Leave elephants and hwacha's out of this mode. They are actively detrimental to everyones experience. Leave them to the siege players to deal with.
Player Incentives
NW's is a group activity, individual play should not be rewarded. This goes double when its based mostly off kills. Not only does this incentivize egoing in NWs but it locks the majority of classes out of ever achieving these rewards.
with the new system the regions should change every 1-2 weeks after siege. They should keep both elephants and hwacha as they are now HOWEVER nerf elephants. Buff tructures make it so shais cant misty the fort/all structures. The last part is sort of ok but i think all stats should be reccorded like in Gleague so all players can get rewarded for their efforts, be it healers/tanks etc. hard focus on kills will only make it so everyone will roll to FOTM whish will be dog
