Suggestions/Comments: I am in complete support of the shai protest that happened and the conecpt of reworking shai. beyond making new skills or adjusting damage, id like to propose my ideas to what i think would be good a good step towards reworking the class so it would feel better to play in both PVE and PVP situations. Im not going to go into depth explaining my thoughts on why i want the changes for each skill due to character limits but i am completely alright with discussing it in the comments section.

ill start at the top left of the skill tree and going line by line each skill i think needs changes and what those changes should be:
S-Block
-give shai s-block
Go away
-Change CC from Floating to Knockdown
-Accuracy rate 12% -> 100%
-Cooldown 6s -> 4s 
-Remove "available during cooldown"
One-two-three
-Super armor for attack 1 and 2
-Remove "Push target on airborne attack 1 and 2 hits (PVE only)"
-Remove "Pull in targets on attack 1 and 2 hits on the weapon's return (PVE only)"
Kwik-two
-Add down attack
-Remove "Push target on airborne attack hits (PVE only)"
-Remove "Pull in targets on attack hits on the weapon's return (PVE only)"
Twirl-Three
-Add stiffness on hits

Some interesting suggestions here. I'm not sure if you meant downsmash instead of down attacks on twirl-three, kiwk-two, and eat this. Personally I would rather have 3% chance per hit to freeze on twirl-three, kiwk-two.

Rather than a 6s-5s cd on Forest Echo maybe some kinda major DP buff, this increases shais survivability a lot while using the skill. I'm not sure how much DP would be fair but if grabbed she'd only be able to rely on gear which sounds balanced.

I 100% agree that buffs should be a shai passive that she always has on her. I really like the idea of a 1s SA on them since this will allow you to use buffs in combat situations. I think reducing their timer from 10-5s is also interesting as it approaches the buffs in a different way encouraging shais to use them more rather than less.. I'm not sure how I feel about this or what could be done in regards to buffs. I juse hope they have no gaps.

Tumble-Wumble actually should be FG+SA, it does almost nothing in PvP other than give some protection. Maybe have it replace/merge with Cheer Up! So that you get the protection and buff? Or add a small self heal, or really just anything useful. It is still one of our FG rotations but situational at best.

I'm not sure how I feel about adding all the suction. However, Gather Around! should have more hits and more suction for PvE situations  at least, similar to Valkyrie. It's dmg should only be done at the very end and be enough to kill any life skill mob such as Deer, wolves, sheep, etc.

Super armor on 1,2 for 123. I'm not sure if that would be as nice as down attacks but they're both pretty strong changes. Given City of the Dead I would prefer the down attacks but that may or may not affect Shai's PvE. That said, not having down attacks means we suffer at any spot with knockdowns since it is very common for most other classes to be encouraged to use their down attacks. Therefor at these spots you may be able to play Shai but it is painfully bad compared to alternatives. Down attacks would help fix this issue.

Sprinkle-Sparkle change seems strange, I can't really see that being used more or less but maybe some classes might be affected? I'm not too sure. The skill definately needs to be improved regardless so nice job picking it out. 

Skill enhancement for Over There! and Sharing is Caring looks good. Making the orbs immortal would really help. I think the CD should stay at 30s but increasing the duration to 60s is nice. This would allow it to be recast after 30s to control the orb a bit better by making it respawn and pick a new target. I almost feel like it shouldn't have a duration but simply last as long as you want and be able to recast on a 6s cd to change targets. Just depends on how this skill should be used but this grants it a nice utility and effect. Need to also make it so that orbs will not stack from multiple Shais. (not sure if this happens but just being cautious)

When you say remove misty/delusive from WGW I assume you just mean remove it from being changed not removal from use. If you mean removal from use then that is an incredibly powerful idea that would definately need serious changes to return the lost potential these skills grant to the class. If there are any skills that are incredibly strong and nearly impossibly difficult to balance then that would be misty, delusive light, and sun moon stars. Kinda a dangerous idea but an interesting one to say the least. What could shai be without these... I wonder.

-there is no suction really being added if youre talking about the pushing and pulling on main skills, i want most of them removed. i wanted to keep and add pushing on the heal skills even in pvp situations to help with healing and to possibly create a more interesting pvp situation. gather around doesnt do dmg right now but thats interesting thought to make shai skills more helpful for lifeskillers

-i was just talking about removing it from wgw for now. i wanted to suggest more radical changes with sms by reducing the effect for allies by half and reducing misty haze effect by a lot but i wanted to start light on changes. nothing too crazy for now thatd make a bunch of people instantly disagree

Shai needs nerfs mate not buffs, removing misty was a good start though!

Some of these changes are reasonable like adding Down Attacks, but overall the suggestions are terrible.

Shai is already mandatory to have in literally any form of PvP content above 1v1s and 2v2s. There's no other class that comes close to having as much impact as her. Valks, Draks, Maegus and Woosas are crazy strong in PvP right now yet they're nowhere near as important as Shai. Not to mention, she is extremely easy to play, making her both the strongest class for most PvP content and the easiest class to be useful on.

If you want some of these changes to be applied then they should legit remove the Shai buffs from her kit or increase their cooldown to something like 3 minutes.

You cant be more ironic by being a Drak saying this
The only nerfs she needs is to her buffs and only to allies.
Misty could also get removed and replaced, ironically enough it was nerfed because of PvE.
