I'm sitting on a stack of these, but when I lmb them it brings up the enchant window but doesnt do much else? Do I still need 2 of w/e cap item I'm wanting to enhance? Or were these only active during event?

Hi, you need 7 of those to enhance TRI capotia to TET, and 14 to enhance TET Capotia to PEN (safely, both). It says so also on the item description. Make sure the TRI Capo you are trying to use it on is not currently locked.
