Suggestions/Comments: Basically suggesting that the 30 minute, 10% Critical Damage buff the Heidel NPC Carolin gives in exchange for some energy also be, for example, obtainable from NPCs in other towns.

The reason why I'm suggesting this is mainly for game performance reasons, I think everyone can agree that Heidel is one of the places that more frequently kills your FPS or even sometimes crashes your game especially pre Node War time due to the sheer amount of people stacking up around this NPC or generally just in town for this reason.

I think the solution is quite simple and easy to implement while also maintaining the uniqueness of the NPC buffs and even possibly populating other towns more, making the game feel more diverse. Maybe this could be done for some other NPC buffs too but since I think Carolin's Crit DMG buff situation in Heidel is obviously the main offender for these issues I made it the main topic of this post.
