Suggestions/Comments: another list of more or less the same node war related things that I'm writing out of boredom

Merge of Tiers and caps: 5 tiers are too many, and the distribution is a bit off too. Condensing them will make more nodes of the same level available for different player caps, allowing guilds to adapt better on a day to day basis.
Merge T1 and T2: I don't have experience in these tiers, I believe people tend to be too tanky and the funky HP mechanic over time isn't the greatest, but I won't comment any further. Suggested player caps: 20/35/50
Merge T3 and T4: most people prefer T3 over T4, major differences being unlimited special evasion and elephants, the suggestion is to make a single cap based on current T3 gear, with 30% special evasion limit and no elephants. Enhanced flame towers and hwatcha are up for debate. Suggested player caps: 30/50/70
T5: the result should be to have 2 or 3 uncapped nodes available, to accomodate small scale as well as large scale. PA is under the impression that uncapped pvp equals to huge attendance, but in reality every tier should have both small scale and large scale options. Suggested player caps: 35/60/80

Fort durability: needless to say there should be some scaling based off the player cap, but not only that, forts should have additional damage reduction for every defensive structure up (flame towers and hwatcha), to encourage spreading damage over the entire base rather than ignoring everything and burning the fort in a push.

Recovery centers and respawn timers: I honestly think it would be perfectly fine to get rid of them, and let respawn timers self regulate through time passed+personal deaths. It would reduce the clutter inside bases and the work load on the rebuilders, while encouraging people to put some value onto their lives rather than throwing it mindlessly on rebuilds.
Suggestion: put more emphasis on performance rather than the time going by to reward lower respawn timers
Base respawn timer = 3 seconds, add 1 second each death. Caps at 15 seconds after 12 deaths.
After 20 minutes = 8 seconds, add 1 second each death. Caps at 40 seconds after 32 deaths.
After 40 minutes = 15 seconds, add 1 second each death. Caps at 60 seconds after 45 deaths.
As the timers get pretty high even for those who can more consistently stay alive and contribute to the fight, the Breath of Life instant resurrection ability should be detatched from the kill/death meter of Spirit of Battle and just be a normal skill on a 10 minutes cooldown.

Guild Skills
Breath of Life: as mentioned in the recovery center section, make it a normal skill with an acceptable cooldown.
Command to Gather: it should remove the Blessing of Battle's buff when taken.
Blessing of Battle: it should be removed when using Command to Gather and when moving too far away from your own fort.

Elephants: reduce Charge AoE, apply CC immunity to the targets like in PvP after the second CC.

Cannons: increase Cannon HP, fix the reload bug.

General rendering optimization: come up with the technology to render all sorts of buildings WAY sooner. Some things like gates or siege walls take an embarassing amount of time to become visible, often causing players to get stuck inside. We all play on SSDs, I have no idea how this is still a problem after so many years.

Safe zones: disable anything that isn't a real town during Node War.

Node rotations: the condensation of tiers will already help with variety in fights, but we still shouldn't go over 3 months without some kind of rotation for each cap.
