when i try to enter BA it suddenly says i cant with negative karma, karma is 30k

as title says, im not an aggressive player until arsha, as soon as i want to enter BA i get this message, karma is 30k, i restartet game, this fixes normaly all such bugs, can any admin take a look ?

Hi can you perhaps send a screenshot of your "P" window, so we can see your current Karma / Naval Fame
