Please give us an option in the UI to disable the red effect on the screen when low HP.
Being at low HP means you need to play even better, and focus the best you can on any tiny details. Right now, the current behaviour with the red effect on the screen makes it actually more difficult. Also, it is worth to notice that if you press CTRL+U to make disappear your UI, the red effect vanishes, so making it as optionnal should not be impossible.

With all the other options their are I dont get why their isnt one for this.
I have deuteranomaly color blindness which I cant seperate red and green colors well so players wearing red guillies in the grass are nearly invisible to me and when my ho gets low and the screen goes red I cant make out anything on the screen really if their is grass in the background.
The deuteranomaly color blind setting in the settings helps me immensely otherwise I cant see red dots on the minimap.
Red is probably one of the worst corors you could tint the entire screen with since its the most common color blindness especially in conjunction with a mostly green background
About 8% of the population has it and im sure that 8% is all complaining about red guillies and the low health red tint. Most people don't even know they have it.
Big support for an option (there's even this thread about). The effect is distracting, annoying if you want to play on the edge, disturbing if you have light-sensivity and/or color perception conditions. The only work-a-round I found is fighting hiding the whole UI (this avoid the effect if low hp, tested) but can't be used in all situations.
I support this. Literally every game out these gives you the choice of turning it on or off.

Sad part about this is that im sure it would be incredibly easy to implement even with a game that likely has awful spaghetti code I couldnt imagine this requiring even 10 minutes to implement.
