There is currently ~850 suggestion on this section.
At that point if they randomly change stuff, they might hit something that was already suggested without actually knowing it, but that doesn't mean care.
If they would atleast handle the quarter of the things that people mention there, then I would give credit, but as it stands now, they don't even care about the bugreports, what do you want with suggestions then?
The thing is that people bashed kakao, but PA shows only within a few month, that they don't give a fuck either.

All comes down to money. And they probably have a list of priorities where to spend that money. Pay forum staff more, hire more forum staff to moderate, upgrade the forum to include basic features such as blocking and notifications -- too expensive apparently.
We'll see, though. I think they're pushing most their resources to their new games and developing in-game stuff for BDO that forum improvements falls by the wayside.
