Since Loyalty dyes got removed from the shop and we can no longer get permanent dyes or bleach from the Loyalty shop, why we are not allowed to remove permanent dyes by using Merv's Pallete or a similar item from the Loyalty shop?

If we cannot use Merv's Pallette to dye or bleach our skins, then what's the point of getting Merv's Pallette?

If any of you somehow find a permanent dye and use it on one of your skins, you are going to stuck with it forever (unless you pay real money of course).

The way it is now is 100% bait / trap.

(And just in case you removed Bleach from the shop because some people used to combine them and gamble, you can create a similar item to the Crystal Extration Tool and put it in the Loyalty shop.)

Can't you put the item in the CM and wipe the Dyes out?

Costumes are character bound once worn I believe.
