When ever a Red Player dies (PK). Instead of losing the crystal on ground or somewhere else.
THOSE WHO KILL PK SHOULD SHOULD GET PK's CRYSTALS FROM THERE GEARS instead of just losing it...

The numbers are too small for me to see on the picture. And some letters. Not joking.
They already working on a bounty system (which going to fail anyway).
I doub't they put in stat reduction. If they would want to punish/prevent people from pking, they would simply remove the option to attack others on normal servers.
Not to mention that how trashly this game's combat system is, stat reduction ain't even work. Like what do you reduce? your AS, crit etc stats? That barelly matters, and if you reduce AP/DP, even the slighest reduction can have catastropic result due to how it works...
The new "bounty system" is not really a system. It is just the same flawed karma system as it is but now people that die can call for random people to come and kill the "aggressor"
There are no incentives to Forcefully slaughter so mob feeding will continue and so will removing gear to karma bomb also continue.

Mob feeding will get you a bounty. With the new system if a player dies 10sec after you hit him you still get Notorius.
Honestly remove karma pking wont vanish so its better accept that some ppl want to have fun at expense of others and also this game is still in most points a open world pvp game

Totally open to exploitation.
Since some crystals cost 300-400m You could "buy" silver from a 3rd party site and have them just die to you to give you the crystals for you to sell on the CM or use.

Found a way, it instantly came to mind, because people have done that in other games. Also even tho I wouldn't do it, if I thought of it, others would do it.
Better idea:
You as a player join a NPC guild of killers or whatever, doing so, you are rewarded (title, aura ranking icon, penispoints basically, maybe even a skin?) if you kill players WHILE you are negative and you don't lose anything upon death, BUT if you get killed you either end up in desert jail, or in this pk town in the middle of the asshole of the world.
And on the other side, you can join the bounty hunter npc guild, who gets rewarded (same penispoints) for killing red players who are in this npc guild, BUT they will get an item in the book slot that tells them if there is a PKer on their channel and where he is.
So both sides voluntary and just bragging points and both sides can opt out at any time.
