You don't need pen lunar or pen turos, but it does suck that new Ninjas will have to ditch their pen capotia accessories in favor of accuracy equivalents down their gearing road instead of just buying cheap tet ogres/basis and tapping those for pen.

u want eva and accuracy on same build so be ready to pay premium.

Til you take away serpent bro. Like serpent legit makes up half a combos worth of damage (probably)

It would also take four times as long to do, so the opponent would stand up and grab you before it's finished. Be careful what you wish for.
