Hello, I have reset Altar of Blood in Serendia shrine almost 10 times and everytime I got C rank. Before using more of my precious elixir of oblivion, I'd like to know if others happended to get a higher knoweldge rank than C.

You don't have to use Elixir of Oblivion to reset knowledge, you can just leave a char at Calpheons Library to reset a knowledge everytime you need to.

And yes you can get S rank on Altar of Blood.

Since Elder Scrolls Online, loading screens kinda get on my nerves so I avoid them whenever possible.

Anyway, thanks for confirmation about S rank, this makes my achiever OCD happy.
