The patch notes says: 

● Bolt - Fixed the skill to now display the beginning animation when used during the Overcharged state.

And ingame whole overcharged animation is delayed so in result char is visible for longer but whole animation is longer which should not be the case. It feels like overweight 125% xD

His movement feels a lot more janky. Making short precise dashes between mobs with shift+direction->space became incredibly inconsistant now with the overcharge changes. And you can't really replace it with rmb->w+f->space.

It just feels odds, like something is holding your leg. It just ruins the rhytm of movement.

0 chance to catch any fast class now, rip all assasin matchups...

Nerf is whatever, decent sages (those who did not spam rmb-bolt) can and will sustain almost the same mobility than before with the same gaps. 

Having said that...wtf is that RMB delay into Bolt? That's the most annoying thing ever,clearly a bug since KR got this changes 1 week ago and they did not get this change nor is it mentioned in the patch notes. It completely ruins the pace and flow of the class. Please,for the love of god, fix it as soon as possible.

I am glad I'm not the only one annoyed at this delay. It's making it impossible to play personally. 

This new movement feature completely delayed its movement, why was this necessary? I thought I was the only one experiencing but I am glad I am not. This development team for this class is continuously disappoiting us and I feel baited by them by rolling to this class ._.
