Yes you can get narchillian on your nonseason. However you need a set of full pen naru to get that, so make sure you have that prepared (if you already deleted your beginner blackstones, make a non-seasonal char and get pen naru, then get narchillian set with this one, in order to use it on your old seasonal. Otherwise youd be wasting way too much silver getting these beginner blackstones.
