you get from the Y rewards exactly 21- 7 needed for TET and 14 for PEN - if you dont get anymore some when pls use the item search function in ESC

Did you accept all the crystals from the reward category? They do not stack in the rewards, but you have to accept them each day

If you really can't find the item you can submit a ticket and a GM will look to see if you have the items somewhere, if you completed the challenges or event exchanges for the items, basically they can tell you if you should have all of them and if you did have all of them what happened to them.

Please note there is also the possibility to get more Dreamy Crystal of Balance from fishing and exchanging [Season] Coelacanth which can be caught in specific locations. You can get an additional 21 Dreamy Crystal of Balance this way. Check the events for more details.
